To assist us in maintaining a consistently high level of service for our patients, if you need cancel any appointment that you are unable to keep please call us at least 24-48 hours in advance of the appointment.  This allows for other patients to be scheduled into that appointment time.

Repeated cancellations or missed appointments will result in loss of future appointment privileges and a cancellation fee will be charged.
